My New Favorite Smoothie

Since starting on this health kick I’ve been falling in love with creating new smoothies for breakfast in the morning and sometimes I double up and drink one for lunch ✨

Here’s the recipe:

1 Handful of Organic Spinach

1 Large Organic Banana

1 Organic Green Granny Smith Apple

2 Teaspoons Of Flaxseeds

1 Cup Of Oats

2 Teaspoons Of Peanut Butter

1 Cup Of Almond Milk (Unsweetend)

4 Ice Large Cubes
